I'm pleased to introduce my core training aqua cycling class. To explain it best, an internal focused course using the core to power the movement entirely. You can train harder and faster in a safe, low risk way - each session increasing your stamina.
Who can train? Anyone from the age of 8 years old.
Gains: Physical and mental. This pool based program was initially designed to help people by placing you into a training position where you are lined up in perfect alignment and balance.
Elite program
Training intensity 50% power is equal to a fast run pace. You will see a solid improvement in results from 2-4 sessions per week. I recommend committing to 10 aqua cycling classes.
Regular: We work in the range of 35% to 60% maximum power to enable a tighter core and benefits.
